Thank you for choosing Halloween Concept Studio! These policies are designed to keep the creative process clear and simple from booking through delivery. Please review them before purchasing your package.
WHAT YOU’RE BOOKING
Each Halloween Concept Studio package includes custom creative direction based on the scope of the package you select. Add-ons or changes outside the original package scope may require an additional fee or package upgrade.
QUICK CONCEPT $59
1 person • 1 custom costume direction
COSTUME BLUEPRINT $99
1 person • 3 initial concept directions, with your chosen direction developed into the final plan and an alternate styling option
FULL HALLOWEEN VISION $175+
Designed for coordinated couples, families and groups.
$175 includes 2 people.
Additional people: +$65 per person
ELITE SIGNATURE EXPERIENCE $275+
Full coordinated group creative direction.
$275 includes 3 people.
Additional people: +$85 per person
NEED CONCEPTS FOR MORE THAN ONE PERSON?
Quick Concept and Costume Blueprint are priced per person. If you want separate, individual concepts for two people, you may purchase an individual package for each person.
If you'd like the costumes to be designed together as one coordinated concept, choose Full Halloween Vision or Elite Signature Experience, depending on your group and the level of creative support you want.
For groups larger than 6 people, please contact Blossom & Stitch Studio for a custom quote before booking.
TURNAROUND
Your turnaround begins once both payment and your completed intake form containing all information needed to begin have been received.
Most projects are delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on the package selected. Priority turnaround applies where specifically included with your package.
If additional information is needed before creative work can begin, turnaround will begin once that information is received.
REVISIONS
Every package includes one small revision. Elite Signature Experience includes two small revisions.
A small revision is an adjustment within the original concept direction, such as:
• A color swap
• A minor styling adjustment
• An alternate sourcing suggestion
• A similar small change that keeps the original creative direction intact
Included revision requests must be submitted within 5 calendar days of delivery.
WHAT ISN’T CONSIDERED A SMALL REVISION?
• Changing to an entirely different costume concept or theme
• Adding another person or additional scope
• Requesting a completely new creative direction
Additional revisions or full concept pivots may be available for an additional fee and will be quoted individually.
If a recommended item becomes unavailable, replacing that item is considered a sourcing swap, not a revision.
SOURCING
Halloween Concept Studio provides sourcing recommendations and shopping links. You are responsible for purchasing the recommended items directly from the applicable retailer.
Because products are sourced from third-party retailers:
• Prices and availability may change after your guide is delivered.
• If a recommended item sells out, I'll suggest an appropriate alternate at no additional charge.
• Shipping, delivery dates and retailer fulfillment are the responsibility of the retailer.
• Ordering early is strongly recommended when your costume has a specific event date.
Clients are responsible for confirming sizing, fit, product specifications, age appropriateness and safe use before purchasing or using recommended items.
WHAT THIS SERVICE IS
Halloween Concept Studio packages are digital creative-direction services.
Your package may include concept development, visual direction, sourcing recommendations, customization guidance and other digital materials according to the package purchased.
No physical costume, merchandise or materials are included unless explicitly stated.
You purchase and assemble any physical items required to bring your finished concept to life.
PAYMENT
Payment is required before creative work begins.
Your purchase reserves your place within the current Halloween Concept Studio intake window. Creative work begins after both your payment and completed intake form have been received and I have the information necessary to begin your project.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Before creative work begins:
You may cancel your booking for a full refund.
Once creative work has begun:
Your booking becomes non-refundable because your project involves custom creative work developed specifically for you.
For purposes of this policy, creative work begins when I begin reviewing your completed intake and developing your custom concept, sourcing or visual direction.
If you cancel after creative work has begun, you will receive any completed materials available at the time of cancellation.
SEASONAL AVAILABILITY
Halloween Concept Studio accepts a limited number of projects each season.
Booking may close once seasonal capacity is reached, even if Halloween is still several weeks away.
Booking early is especially recommended if your concept requires specialty, custom-order or shipped items.
